We scan domains to check their security setup (email authentication, SSL certificates, etc.). While we do our best to give accurate results, we can't guarantee everything is 100% perfect - security is complex and things change.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not: (a) use the Service to scan domains you do not own or have explicit authorization to test; (b) attempt to circumvent any security measures; (c) use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service; (d) use automated scripts to access the Service without our express permission.

Only scan domains you own or have permission to scan. Don't try to break our systems or abuse the service. Basically, be a good citizen and use this tool responsibly.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of DomainSecurityScanner.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Everything on this site (the design, code, logos, etc.) belongs to us. Please don't copy or steal it.

5. Free and Paid Services

Certain features of the Service are provided free of charge, while others require a paid subscription ('Pro Plan'). Paid subscriptions are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are provided only in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Data and Privacy

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We try to keep the site running 24/7, but sometimes we need to do maintenance or things break. We'll do our best to minimize downtime.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

If you break the rules, we can ban you from the site. Don't break the rules and we'll get along just fine.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
